Mission acccomplished, Jen's getting a well deserved rest
and I've posted video of the sections that I accompanied her on
She's made it in to Victoria!
SPOT data indicate Jen arrived at Mile Zero in Victoria at about 5:40 this morning.
A later start on the West Coast Trail
would mean that a lot of night-time hiking loomed ahead
Saddle sore after some 500 k on the bike
but moving ever forward.
More than 300 km behind her in her first 24 hours...
Jen is now hiking up to the high country in Strathcona Provincial Park
She's off!
This morning, Jen Segger set out from Cape Scott Lighthouse to start her 750 km non-stop expedition.
